Questions

Which Solana address should I paste?
Your wallet address. We derive the USDC token account from it. Pasting a token account is rejected, because the USDC would end up somewhere you cannot spend it.
What if I have never held USDC on Solana?
Then your token account does not exist yet, and Circle creates it as part of the delivery. That costs a few cents more, and the quote accounts for it automatically.
Do I need SOL in my wallet?
No. You need nothing in the wallet at all.
